Descrição da Vaga

Responsible for effecting complex transactions related to capital and derivative market investments as well FX spot transactions.
 Trade on behalf of institutional and retail clients based on market research relating to fixed income investments, including equity on behalf of clients.
 Make recommendations regarding possible investment strategies.
 Assess the value and analyze the risks involved in fixed-income securities including bonds and other financial products

Habilidades Requeridas

• Deal execution (Bonds, T-Bills, Derivatives and FX) both internal and external counterparties.
• Develop business plans to ensure that FI business runs optimally.
• Identifying trading opportunities and works with clients to learn their investment needs.
• Helps clients meet these goals by accurately identifying and invest in best FI opportunities for them.
• Make research and evaluate market conditions and analyze trends to guide investors on the most significant risk factors, including credit and interest rate risks.
• Address customer problems and questions to generate business in the FI field and to support the growth of assets.
• Monitoring and analysis of financial markets and communicating market information to HoT/HoM
• Managing relationships with pension funds, Insurance companies, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Set Productivity targets in efficiency, accuracy and processing turn around standards.
• Maintenance and updating deal book (inventory records) & monitor portfolio cash flows. Using these records to leverages opportunities by developing innovative trading ideas
• Administration of deals completed.
• Review Documentation for all FI Trades and processes regularly and ensure compliance in the group standard and requirements.
• Setup and maintenance of appropriate curves and financial modelling for price the instruments.
• Development of enhanced Operational Risk Awareness and Ownership of controls in FI trades.
• Ensure job objectives and description covers all the task and controls required by group standards.
• Ensure efficient and effective cost management within FI Trading desk.
• Establish a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between FI Trading desk and all service providers and ensure compliance.
• Provides overall control and checking as well ensure proper and efficient service to corporate clients as per service level agreement.
• Ensure at least a PASS in all FI trade Audits. Where there are findings, they are all closed as soon as possible and reported to group. Repeat findings are not acceptable.
• Participate in the Markets Daily Calls as well in the weekly ARO GM Markets updates Calls to discuss and share market colours.
• Prepare monthly reporting.
